Both FM management and Logistics have been excellent to work with – they respond to all questions quickly and are more than willing to take the time to explain any details surrounding the process. Their willingness to get every issue resolved, no matter how small, made the entire process worry free.
The tech support has been fantastic, whether from the FM technician's initial installation to the ABC Imaging Help Desk handling follow up calls. To top it off, their cost recovery software is light years beyond their competitor's, and has been flawless from the beginning.
When our existing hardware wasn't adequate, a higher quality device has been brought in to replace it. We now have capabilities we weren't expecting to have, which has been a pleasant surprise.

help we received last week in completing a difficult color presentation for our client.
Last Wednesday, I brought a CD containing 12 JPEGs to the Tysons store. Your manager directed his staff to push the
job so that both the color sets and the B & W sets were ready by noon. I delivered these to the builder. He
reviewed the proposed front elevations and requested changes to the colors.
By Friday evening we had revised 6 of the 12 sheets and I gave a CD to the DC store at 9. I returned at 4 p.m. Saturday
and gave the on-duty manager a CD with the remaining 6 sheets. He kept the shop open late because I had called him to
let him know that the work was taking longer than estimated.
I know that your team put in a lot of extra hours because both sets of 24 x 36 in. color copies were ready for
pick-up when I got there at 8 a.m. Monday. The client reviewed the revised colors and said they were great. Thank
