FM Engineer
ABC Imaging is expanding rapidly and currently has multiple openings for individuals that love to travel and have a passion for technology with CADD and graphic software experience.

Basic function:
Under general supervision, perform configuration, tuning, and maintenance of Windows servers. Respond to system failures. Perform scheduled HW/SW maintenance, database & file system backups. Restore DB, file systems as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Consults with users and program management conducting information assessments to determine user needs and to define network solutions to meet user requirements.
- Designs and configures an enterprise environment with appropriate hardware, operating systems software, applications software, and communications components to support business requirements.
- Works with client's information technology staff to ensure the network environment is consistent with the client objectives and is compatible with existing applications and security requirements.
- Administration of all Win2000/2003 servers.
- Configuration, assembly, testing, and upgrading of software, hardware, and network needs.
- Investigate and resolve software and hardware problems.
- Provide technical software and hardware support for multiple locations.
- Plan and manage daily tasks with minimal disruption to ongoing user activities.
- Ensures network equipment and software is meeting the needs of the program area as defined in the distributed processing plan and modifies the distributed processing plan as required.
- Provide hands-on support for routing and switching technologies.
- Remove faulty hardware for vendor servicing and install replacement units.
- Assist site customer and other on-site engineers in system problem diagnosis and troubleshooting, collection of problem information, writing discrepancy reports (DRs), and recommending fixes.
- Writes and/or maintains up-to-date documentation for network software and operational procedures.
- Other duties as required by Director of FM Technology.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of IT, telecommunications systems, and computer networks required.
- At least 2-3 years experience working in a Windows environment.
- Ability to identify and define user enterprise network needs.
- Knowledge of network wiring/cabling.

Cash Applicator

BPOL Support Manager
Basic function:
- Supervise and provide project management for BPOL.

Accounts Payable Manager
Responsible for the daily supervision of the personnel and activities of the Accounts Payable Department by insuring all processing is completed in a timely, accurate and efficient manner, including payments to suppliers, responses to department or supplier questions, and all other transaction processing. Oversees maintenance of supporting records, ensuring compliance with ABC Imaging, state, and federal policies and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Oversees the supervision of personnel, which includes work allocation, training, and problem resolution; evaluates performance and makes recommendations for personnel actions; motivates employees to achieve peak productivity and performance.
- Organize workforce during regular hours and in extra hour situations.
- Supervise and coordinate all tasks within the Accounts Payable Office including distribution and adjustment of assignments. Insure that the customer services standards set within the department in terms of prompt and accurate payment to vendors and response to customers and vendors are met.
- Supervise reconciliation of difficult vendors to insure progress is made.
- Process high volume of vendor invoices and disbursements.
- Oversees the maintenance of departmental records and the generation and balancing of transaction reports.
- Review and approve all checks disbursed by the Accounts Payable Department.
- Monitor all transactions (payments and vendor set-ups) to insure compliance to all internal and external procedures, policies and requirements.
- Coordinate tasks within the department and also plays a very hands on role.
- Coordinates tax reporting for payments to individuals and partnerships.
- Interacts with vendors, purchasing, and departments for information, training, and problem resolution. Maintain favorable contacts with current and potential key accounts.
- Investigate and work with the Controller to bring resolution to all questions and problems that occur with both vendors and department contacts that the Accounts Payable staff is unable to handle. Monitor ABC Imaging service to the departments to insure we are providing the best service possible.
- Interacts with internal and external auditors and participates in occasional auditing projects or provides information and access to accounting records as required.
- Prepare for financial statements and month-end closing.
- Provide regular communication to the Controller.
- Other duties as assigned by Manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business or related field.
- 3 plus years experience required as leader or supervisor in A/P setting.
- Leadership or supervisory experience in the Accounts Payable Department of a medium or large organization or institution.
- Five years of progressive Accounts Payable experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Excellent computer and data entry skills.
- Excellent service attitude.
- Ability to verify data input and correct errors.
- Knowledge of financial recordkeeping procedures, laws, regulations, and standards.

Accounts Payable Specialist
Responsible for all aspects of accounts payable, including receipt and payment of invoices, issuing checks after ensuring that vendors/contractors are in compliance with contracts. Responsible for preparing maintaining all job files which includes the management of a central filing system that assures proper storage and retrieval of all documents and records relating to all future, current and past projects. Responsible for coding and entry of invoices into the accounting system. Responsible for researching discrepancies and missing information establishing new vendor and general ledger accounts.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for day to day Accounts Payable functions, customer service and cash disbursement of funds.
- Provide accounting information to vendors and affiliates.
- Resolve vendor inquires pertaining to AP discrepancies.
- Receiving project invoices and distributing to project managers for approval.
- Expedite the receipt of approved invoices to ensure invoices are entered into the system by a specified deadline each month.
- For new projects, responsible for entering original estimates as approved by Senior Management. For existing projects, responsible for updating latest projections, entering change-orders, and recoding prior job costs to align with adjusted job formats as directed by others.
- Keep all records, information and documentation current to ensure timely answers to questions from other employees, financial partners and vendors.

Print Shop Manager (Kansas City, MO & Houston, TX)
Our Kansas City and Houston locations are currently seeking Shop Managers with the following experience and knowledge to help our company grow!

Basic function:
Oversee and monitor employees in Small Format, Digitech and Graphics departments. This person should be able to step in and take over for someone from any one of those departments who is out of the shop for any reason. This person may also be in charge of one of the departments and oversee the others, depending on size of the shop. Provide assistance as needed in those departments depending on the shops workflow. Train and develop all personnel in Xerox, Digitech and Graphics. Oversee that proper care/maintenance is being provided on all shop equipment. Order all necessary supplies for the shop, ensuring that the shop never out of supplies or becomes overstocked.

Responsibilities:
- Training and monitoring the development of all production personnel in the shop.
- Overseeing the progress of all jobs in Small Format, Digitech, and Graphics.
- Ensuring that all jobs are finished on time and sent out on time.
- Ensuring the quality of all jobs, checking and signing off on everything before it leaves the shop.
- Ordering and making sure all necessary supplies are always on site when needed.
- Assisting with customer service as needed.
- Assisting with sales as needed.
