Filling CFO role, Jarrar brings "keen business skills" to ABC Imaging

Washington, DC—May 6, 2010—ABC Imaging announced today the appointment of Khaled Jarrar as chief financial officer. Jarrar will oversee ABC Imaging's continued expansion as a global printing and document management solutions firm.

Jarrar has over two decades of financial management and transaction structuring experience. Most recently, he served as chief financial officer at Drake & Scull International, a leading Dubai-based engineering contractor. His shrewd analysis and selective partnering was instrumental in taking DSI public on the Dubai Financial Market in March 2009. In managing the transaction, Jarrar raised over $325 million from institutional and individual investors and ensured full governmental compliance.

As CFO, Jarrar will focus on forging strategic acquisitions with reprographics, printing, and technology firms to expand the company's customer base and diversify its services and product offerings.

"We have to be opportunists and keep an eye on the right companies so that we're visible to our customers," said Jarrar. "This economic slow-down has been a friend to ABC because companies are watching their margins more carefully and re-evaluating their options."

Jarrar holds a bachelor's in business administration with a concentration in accounting and finance from Cleveland State University.
